EVENT DESCRIPTION
A group based 60 minute mainly zone 2 ride, paced steadily, but on a variety of rolling routes to provide a noticable exertion change throughout the ride ensuring an aerobic endurance ride, the average W/KG will be around 2.2 but may ebb and flow in response to the terrain and group dynamics.
