FAQ
Tour de Zwift starts on January 6, 2025, at 16:00 UTC / 4 PM PT and ends on February 23, 2025, at 7:59 UTC / 11:59 PM PT.
There will not be an on-demand option for Tour de Zwift 2025.
You’ll receive totally awesome unlocks along the way. For ride and run, you’ll unlock socks at 20%, a beanie at 60%, and the ride or run kit at 100%.
Each stage offers three different routes to explore. Choose your own adventure—ride one or ride them all!
Category A will be the longest ride.
Category C will be the shortest ride.
Category B lies somewhere between Category A and C regarding duration.
All genders can join categories A, B, and C, but the D category is for women only and follows the same route as Category B.
The categories are:
- Category A: Longer Ride
- Category B: Standard Ride
- Category C: Shorter Ride
- Category D: Standard Ride (Women Only)
To conquer the Ultimate Challenge, Zwifters must complete each distance in all six stages, which is 18 routes in total. Track your progress as you tick off each route and see how close you are to finishing them all. Zwifters will unlock the TdZ Ultimate Challenge hat at 50% complete and the kit and achievement badge at 100%.
