Title INC Innovation Cycling – Volcano Threshold
Description: 3 laps of Volcano Flat Reverse at a flat pace ranging between
4w/kg and 5w/kg with short bursts of up to 7w/kg for the bumps.
Purpose: The purpose of this ride is to push 20minute power limits
Benefit: Increased 20min FTP.
Target Watts Per kg:
Flat pace – 90% to 120%
Tips: Use the draft to rest and ensure you do not loose draft
