Title INC Innovation Cycling – Volcano Tempo
Description: 3 laps of Volcano Flat Foward at a flat pace ranging between
3.5w/kg and 4.5w/kg with short bursts of up to 7w/kg for the bumps.
Purpose: The purpose of this ride is to spin the legs and work on consistent
pace and tempo.
Benefit: Work on tempo, technique and cadence.
Target Watts Per kg:
Flat pace – 85% to 100%
Tips: Use the draft to rest and ensure you do not loose draft
