EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Innovation Cycling Power training is all about increasing your 1 minute power output .

8 Laps of the Richmond
Flat course will follow the below pattern

Lap 1 - Warmup and 1 minute max watts

Lap 2 - 10 sec
sprint (9watts) 50 second rest repeats

Lap 3 - 30 sec
sprint (10 watts) 1 minute rest repeats

Lap 4 - 10 sec sprint (9watts) 50 second rest
repeats

Lap 5 – Spinning Lap

Lap 6 - 30 sec
sprint (10 watts) 1 minute rest repeats

Lap 7 - 10 sec
sprint (9 watts) 50 second rest repeats

Lap 8 - Race
