The ODZ Friday Ebb is designed to help riders taper and prepare for the intense ODZ weekend rides.
The group rides at 2.2w/kg. There are sprints to serve as openers to prime riders’ legs for the Saturday TeamODZ races. Riders regroup after each sprint. Riders should tag their last name with “ODZ"".
