Join "Slowman" Dan Empfield and other SlowZwifters for this social ride-slash-race now in CHASE format.
For the new chase format, the D group (up to 2.5w/kg) gets a 5min head start on a C- (C) group (2.5-3w/kg) which gets a further 5min head start on the C+ (B) group (3-3.5w/kg). All groups finish together after hopefully completing about the same distance. We'll modify total ride time and handicaps as we see how the groups respond.
This week we are taking on the Surrey Hills course!
This is not a group ride - not a structured workout - and you can be a late drop-in (up to 30min late).
This Group Ride complements the fairly stiff - but no-drop - Tuesday afternoon Group Workout session at 4pm Pacific (7pm Eastern) and Friday morning Group Workout session at 5am Pacific (8am Eastern)
