Full-Distance Build

This session is designed to boost your aerobic threshold on the bike, which means your body’s limit for converting oxygen and fatty acids into fuel for your muscles. You’ll be forced to go beyond your point of fatigue, then settle back into an aerobic pace. It won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it. You’ll train your body to get more efficient so you can sustain a higher pace for longer!
