Welcome to the Team Africa Rising – Ride with Qhubeka #GivingTuesday Event.

30 November is #GivingTuesday and Team Africa Rising has teamed up with the awesome Qhubeka Charity to host this ride to raise money for African cycling!

Today’s extra special guest lead is 2021 Tour de France rider Nic Dlamini, from South Africa! Nic was the KOM jersey winner in 2018 at both the Tour Down Under and the Tour of Britain.

We would like to ask all participants to make a donation using the link below and our goal is to raise $10,000 which will be split equally between our two organizations.

Anyone remember Nic’s epic Olympic breakaway performance in Tokyo? Nic will be happy to answer questions throughout the ride! All participants will ride in an exclusive Qhubeka jersey which you get to keep if you complete the ride. Some other special guests will be riding too…
Team Africa Rising works to develop and advance cyclists to the top levels of the sport.

Qhubeka changes lives through the bicycle providing much needed bicycles to school children, health workers and community advocates.
