Welcome to our GXY INFINITY ramp group ride!

This session is all about taking you through your zonal power zones.

After the warm-up, we start with tempo efforts continuing up to your threshold and
above on the final lap or climb dependent on the course.

In the interest of fairness and structure, the fence will remain live until any
final climb or push to the finish line.

GXY is a friendly and supportive club who strives to help others succeed. We are
looking forward to riding with you.
