Hotchillee WOT (Watts on Tuesday)
WOT is a structured workout session that follows a rolling 16-week progressive Plan.
It doesn't matter where you pick it up as you'll work through all of the energy systems.
Just make sure your FTP is accurately set to get the most out of the workouts.
Weeks 1-4: Big Gear/Low Cadence
Weeks 5-8: Sweet-Spot / Threshold Intervals
Weeks 9-12: VO2 / Zone 5 Intervals
Weeks 13-16: Anaerobic Capacity Intervals
