EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join Kasia Niewiadoma for an interval workout designed to boost your power and endurance. After a warm up, we'll do 4 sets of challenging efforts, beginning with a sprint, settling into a high zone 4 effort, and topping each block off with another sprint. We'll finish off the session with a nice cool down, with motivational tips throughout! Perfect for climbing and overall strength!
